In 2011, Cadet met a group of volunteers from a non-profit organization called BuildOn. BuildOn helped Cadet build a new home. He also got a job as a construction worker, and he is now able to support himself.

Cadet is grateful for the help he has received from BuildOn and other organizations. He is now able to live a happy and productive life. He is a reminder that even after the most devastating events, there is always hope.
